Over US$2,000 in Zakys were donated during March, 2007 for the Pediatric Orthopedic Care of the Shriners Hospitals for Children, and to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of The Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit receives grant from March of Dimes to buy Zakys. March of Dimes awarded a grant to Coastal Area Health Education Center to help improve the health of mothers and babies in Southeastern North Carolina.

Zakeez, Inc. donated US$7500 in Zakys to the Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As part of the Preemie Magazine’s Baby Shower, we donated 2 Zakys for each baby in the NICU to comfort, calm, support, soothe, and provide him/her with the basic need of feeling protected by mom at the hospital and then at home. The NICU received over US$20,000 in gifts from different sources.
We are thrilled to participate in the Preemie Magazine’s Baby Shower and to donate 150 Zakys to the babies at the Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children's NICU.
