1. How soon can I hold my healthy newborn?
  The most comfortable and pleasant place for a newborn baby is the kangaroo position. For healthy babies it is recommended to place the baby in kangaroo position as soon as s/he is clean and assessed medically. Not later than an hour after birth. It is better to hold the baby as long and as soon as its possible with the help of the Kangaroo Zak so that the mother can rest and even sleep holding her baby.
2. How long can I kangaroo my healthy newborn?
 

As long as he/she tolerates it. The healthy newborn is mature and regulates the temperature, so it is possible that he/she does not tolerate long periods because he/she overheats, sweats and feels uncomfortable, but periods longer than an hour will have the beneficial effects of bonding, neurosensory stimulation and for the mother the incentive for the breast milk production. Newborn babies will comfortably for 7-14 days, depending on each baby
